Biography
Mr. Stutsman has been with the company since its foundation in 1979.
When he began working for the company as a customer service; he was eager to learn all about the landscape industry and his motivation and dedication has helped him reach his goal.
His vast knowledge in the landscape industry includes 28 years of experience in irrigation systems, landscape design, plan bid take off, and plant knowledge, to name a few.
Today, he directs Fairway’s daily operations and is involved in all aspects of the business. With his talent and dedication, the company continues to grow successfully in the competitive environment in the Inland Empire.

Biography
Mr. Gonzalez has been with Fairway since its founding in 1979. He is the Best in the industry in meeting our customer’s schedules.
He brings to the company 28 years of dedication and hard work. He works seven days a week, monitoring the job sites and even working along side with our laborers. Fairway’s success is greatly due to his achievements during his long career with the company. Roberto is and will always be Fairway’s finest asset.

Biography
Brett has been in the Landscape Industry for 29 years. His experience includes the following areas: landscape architecture, principles of design, installation, and maintenance.
He also has numerous short course certificates and awards including:
Irrigation Association Level I and Level II Certification
Rainbird, Toro, Hunter and Weathermatic – Short course certifications
Hydro-Scape Products – Numerous inventory control awards
State of California - Pesticide dealer’s license
Mr. Carlile has many areas of interest and expertise which include:
Riverside Community College Associate of Arts Degree
Twenty-Three years invested in irrigation and landscape product sales and contractor support
Riverside Community College HVAC journeyman certification
State of California EPA refrigerant handling certification
State of California Real Estate Sales Person License
In addition, Brett is currently Studying Computer Information Systems and System Analysis.
